Dennis Coles, better known as Ghostface Killah, is going to be at the Hiro Ballroom in New York City on September 30 for MySpace's concert series entitled THE RELEASE. Ghostface is originally from Staten Island, which he and the rest of Wu call Shaolin, and has released critically acclaimed albums including Ironman and Fishscale in between collaborations with the rest of the Clan.
The rapper's next album, Ghostdini: The Wizard of Poetry in Emerald City, will be released on September 29, according to AltSounds.com. It will feature artists such as John Legend, Fabolous, Lloyd, Estelle and others.
Ghostface's MySpace page says that he will be in Georgetown, DC the night after the MySpace show for a performance sponsored by Adidas. The show will be held in the shoe company's store on Wisconsin Avenue and it begins at 5 p.m. The first single from the rapper's new album is called Baby and features Raheem DeVaughn.
